You tell me your goals ( focus loppet, race or just want to be in better condition)

I build a training plan to improve your endurance, speed and strength. ( build the engine)

Initial interview asking your goals, current weaknesses, current strengths, time you have available to train, sports you enjoy doing for training and more details about you.

I then develop a personalized training plan based on your schedule and time available to train using “Training Peaks” the complete web, mobile and desktop solution for enabling smart and effective endurance training. Available to access your personal account on iPhone, Android or the web, the service will allow the following:

See your personal training plan, get daily emails with workout plans, view workouts and fitness summaries, log your training on training peaks which tracks all workouts and fitness level.

We communicate through Training Peaks ( I can see when or if you record any workout data into your training peaks account) , email or phone.  I want to ensure your training program is working for you.  You are enjoying the program and understand the workouts.

Basic Training program is $125.00 per month with a 3 month minimum  ( basic training peaks account)

Premium Training program is $200.00 per month with a 3 month minimum (premium training peaks account- full access to all data, upload your workouts from your monitor, etc)
